Recipient selected for Fall 2024 study!

Thank you to everyone who applied for the competitive DMR Memorial Scholarship. Congratulations to Nyal Mirza, recipient for 2024! Nyal’s mother is an ECECAF member through UNA Local 196.

This scholarship’s funds are provided by an anonymous donor who received funds through the ECECAF Scholarship Program in the early 1970s. The ECECAF board selects and awards a one-time payment of $5,500 to a student of an ECECAF member. Open to graduate, master’s, or doctorate students OR mature students (over 25 years of age at the start of the program’s study).

This is the final year for the DMR Memorial Scholarship. ECECAF wholeheartedly thanks the anonymous donor for this four-time opportunity to our members’ students. Congratulations to all four recipients.
