Reallocation of Contribution Percentages – effective Oct 1 2026

The ECECAF Board of Trustees has decided to change the allocation of funds from ECECAF members towards the Charitable Fund and the Education Fund (i.e. payroll deduction at each pay period).
Effective at the pay period closest to October 1, 2026, the reallocation of funds will be 60% towards the Charitable Fund and 40% towards the Education Fund. 
This is a change from 75% going towards the Charitable Fund and 25% going towards the Education Fund. This does not change the amount ECECAF members contribute, that is, contributions remain at one quarter of one percent of a member’s salary, paid at each pay period. T4s will reflect the change in the Charitable Donation box as the 75% contribution will be 60%.
