The ECECAF Board of Trustees allocates funds in accordance with established criteria and guidelines. Organizations must be Registered Charities and eligibility is determined by financial position, alternate funding sources, and value to the community. Funds may not be used towards salaries or operational costs. Financial assistance is awarded annually.
